Shipping

In Quebec, shipping is at the flat rate of $15 per order. Otherwise, it is free for any purchase of $100 or more (before taxes and after applicable discounts).

Shipping time is 3 to 8 working days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when the order has left our factory. Microbrasserie St-Pancrace cannot be held responsible for any additional delays related to delivery.

IMPORTANT: Please note that for legal reasons we do not deliver nor ship beer. However, beer orders can be picked-up at our Factory. For our customers living a little too far from us, we refer you to our map of points of sale.

*To validate the eligibility of your area outside Quebec, contact us by email at [email protected]. Additional fees may be charged where applicable.

Order cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with the following information in the subject line: ORDER CANCELLATION #XXX. An order which has already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refusal of delivery, no claim or wrong address

We are not responsible for the following situations: refusal of delivery, no response to the delivery address after several attempts and unclaimed package at the post office. In these situations, the order will be returned to our factory and additional charges may be applied.
